My favorite part of working with Jill was that she was incredibly responsive. She would always get back to an email or text within a couple of hours, even if just to let us know she was working on figure out the answer to our question. Jill is very knowledgeable and seemed to have wonderful resources available to her at CBB. This was our very first home purchase and we were pretty clueless at the beginning. We felt we could trust in Jill's knowledge and partnership through the whole process. We enjoyed touring with Jill as well, and felt that she provided useful tips and perspectives as we walked through various homes. Jill provided wonderful guidance when we were writing offers, each being custom for the specific scenario of the house and seller. The Seattle market is crazy and we were successful, thanks to Jill's expertise.
